As evening draws near, you regret that you did not practice early in the morning.
The worldly pleasure which you enjoy now becomes suffering in the future.
Why, then, are you attached to this pleasure?
One moment of practice becomes lasting pleasure.
Why, then, do you not practice?

The basis of all Tai Chi is the solo form, often described as a moving meditation. This is the first form to be learned. It takes about 6 months to learn the complete sequence and fourteen minutes to actually perform it when known.

The solo form is one continuous movement that uses the power of the legs to shift the weight while the mind remains calm, focused and clear.

Some principles embodied in the solo form are: Sink the chest, Lower the shoulders, Full and Empty.
