Meditation, or Chi
Kung, is usually practised after completion of the form and
the student has started Dynamic pushing. Whereas the form is a moving meditation,
Chi Kung is static. It simply consists
of standing still in a posture that allows the internal energy not only to
circulate, but also to sink to the centre of the body.
The practitioner must remain relaxed and still during Chi
Kung to get the best benefit.

Zen saying.-
If something is boring after two minutes, try it for four. If still boring,
try it for eight, sixteen, thirty-two, and so on. Eventually, one discovers
that it is not boring but very interesting.
